Selective antagonist of peripheral histamine H1 receptors, does not have anticholinergic and antiserotonin effects. Does not penetrate the BBB, inhibits the histamine-mediated early phase of allergic reactions, reduces the migration of inflammatory cells and eosinophils, and inhibits the release of mediators involved in the late allergic reaction.

1 tablet contains:

  • 10 mg cetirizine dihydrochloride.


  • seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis;
  • hives;
  • allergic conjunctivitis;
  • Quincke's edema;
  • dermatoses occurring with symptoms of itching.

Directions for use: For oral administration. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor.
  • Children aged 2 to 6 years: 2.5 mg 2 times a day;
  • Children aged 6 to 12 years: 5 mg 2 times a day;
  • Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 10 mg 1 time per day. Sometimes an initial dose of 5 mg may be sufficient to achieve a therapeutic effect.
