It has fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory and decongestant, immunomodulatory, analgesic effects, improves microcirculation in the affected area. The enzyme preparation has a systemic effect in every organ.

Each enteric-coated tablet contains:

Serratiopeptidase (equiv. 20,000 enzymatic activity) 10 mg.

• use in surgery and orthopedics: sprains and ruptures of ligaments, fractures and dislocations, swelling, including those caused by plastic surgery, sports injuries, risk of graft rejection, arthrosis;
• diseases of the lower respiratory tract: reduces the viscosity of sputum and facilitates its removal from the respiratory tract;
• diseases of the ENT organs: facilitates the discharge of secretions from the paranasal sinuses;
• dentistry and maxillofacial surgery: periodontitis, phlegmon of the floor of the mouth, osteomyelitis of the lower jaw;
• dermatology: acute inflammatory dermatoses, dermatitis with pain syndrome;
• urology: prostatitis, non-microbial prostatovesiculitis, inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract, infertility;
• obstetrics and gynecology: adnexitis, hematomas, congestion in the mammary glands due to mastitis, adhesions, ovarian cysts, urogenital infections.
