Promojen antiviral, antifungal, antimycoplasmic, antitrichomoniacal, antibacterial, antitumor­, anti-inflammatory, regenerating agent of plant origin. The active components of the drug improve blood circulation in the area of erosion, remove necrotic tissue, accelerate the renewal and regeneration of tissue damaged by inflammation. The drug inhibits and destroys tumor cells, but has no effect on normal tissue. Used against human papillomavirus, inhibits pathological tissue growth.

Composition: one suppository contains active substances:

• Turmeric oil……….82 mg;
• Borneol……………….75 mg.

• cervicitis;
• cervical erosion;
• vaginitis (including fungal);
• vaginosis (including bacterial);
• senile colpitis;
• papillomavirus infection;
• in order to prepare for treatment with physical methods: laser therapy, electrocoagulation, cryodestruction and radio wave surgery.

Directions for use and dosage: Vaginally. Immediately before going to bed, after washing your hands, in a lying position, place the suppository on the tip of your finger and insert it deep into the vagina (posterior fornix). Use one suppository per application. The course of treatment is 14 -15 days.

Patients with cervical erosion should use the drug for 1–2 courses of treatment, in some cases for 2–3 courses of treatment. Suppositories can be used to prepare for treatment with physical methods such as laser therapy, electrocoagulation, cryodestruction and radio wave surgery. When using the drug, complications are reduced and tissue regeneration time is reduced.

When treating papillomavirus infection, 1–2 courses are required, in some cases the duration of treatment is 2–3 courses. If necessary, the course of treatment should be repeated.

When treating fungal colpitis, 1–2 courses of treatment are necessary. If necessary, the course of treatment should be repeated.

Treatment of bacterial vaginosis should continue for 1-2 courses, then, for the purpose of prevention, 1-2 suppositories every week. If necessary, the course of treatment should be repeated.

In senile colpitis , which manifests itself during menopause and after menopause, the duration of treatment is 2–4 courses, then, for the purpose of prevention, 1–2 suppositories every week.
