Alfecta

It is used as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent for short-term treatment in neurology, rheumatology, and orthopedics. The active substances included in the composition potentiate the effect of each other, which makes it possible not to exceed the therapeutic doses of the components included in the drug.

2 ml of injection solution A contain:

  • Dexamethasone …………………………3.32 mg;
  • Phenylbutazone………………………375.00 mg.

Excipients:

lidocaine hydrochloride 4 mg;

sodium hydroxide 49.08 mg;

sodium acetic acid salicylamide 150.00 mg;

water for injections.

1 ml of injection solution B contains:

  • Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) …………..2.5 mg;

Excipients:

lidocaine hydrochloride 2 mg;

water for injections.

short-term treatment of acute conditions such as:

  • articular syndrome with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout;
  • neuritis, neuralgia, radiculitis (including with degenerative diseases of the spine).

Method of administration and dosage: The drug is prescribed 1 injection per day or every other day, no more than 3 injections per week. When conducting repeated courses of treatment, the interval between them should be at least 2 weeks. The injection is made deep intramuscularly, slowly. The patient should be in a horizontal position. First, solution A is drawn into the syringe, then solution B. The temperature of the finished solution should be close to body temperature. The drug is administered immediately after mixing the solutions.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
With caution: for diabetes and arterial hypertension (dexamethasone).
